ACTIVITIES LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Night Game Drive in Lake Manyara National Park – Experience a whole new world of nocturnal animals in Lake Manyara National Park as you drive into the dense groundwater forest and follow the Simba River towards the lake to the hippo pools. This safari will give you a whole different perspective on the park and wildlife.
ACTIVITIES SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Hot Air Balloon Safari im Serengeti National Park
Your balloon takes off at dawn and rises at sunrise. It floats gently in the direction of the wind over the breathtaking Serengeti National Park. You will fly over the plains for about 1 hour before returning to the ground and celebrating with a champagne breakfast under an acacia tree. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience.
ACTIVITIES TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Night Game Drive in Tarangire National Park
Night in Tarangire National Park is a whole different world – experience the landscape enveloped in the silver moonlight as hippos emerge from the river and huge elephants emerge from and disappear back into the shadows. Look out for eyes fixed on you in the spotlight.
ACTIVITIES MANYARA REGION
Bike Tour and Mama Lunch (Half or Full Day Trip) – Experience local life as you ride past banana plantations, shambas (farms) and stores, taking in the sights and sounds of this vibrant village before heading to Mama’s home for a traditional Tanzanian meal of chapattis, ugali, roasted bananas, rice, spinach, salad, goat meat and fresh fruit, all cooked by Mama herself.
Your guide will teach you about the history of the region and translate any questions you have for Mama. But also be prepared to answer some questions, as she is as interested in your life as you are in hers!
ACTIVITIES ARUSHA & SURROUNDINGS
Arusha City Tour (Half Day Tour)
Enjoy free time at Tanzania’s largest art gallery before visiting the Maasai Handicraft Market, where you will have the opportunity to stroll through the alleyways and chat with the locals while having the chance to buy souvenirs to take home. You will also have the opportunity to join us for dinner and a local culinary experience (optional) before returning to your hotel.
Arusha City Tour (full day excursion)
Experience the sights of Arusha with a local guide on a walking tour of the city center. Visit the famous Clock Tower, located halfway between Cairo in Egypt and Cape Town in South Africa. Admire the largest produce market in Arusha and watch, people buying and selling fruits, vegetables, live chickens and fish as well as local butchers at work. Enjoy free time at Tanzania’s largest art gallery before visiting the Maasai handicraft market, where you will have the opportunity to stroll through the alleys and chat with the locals while buying souvenirs if you wish. You will also have the opportunity to join us for dinner and a local culinary experience (optional) before returning to your hotel.

Join us for dinner and experience Arusha by night.
Coffee Farm Tour (half or full day tour)
A farm to take home! Walk with your guide through a village on the outskirts of Arusha and learn about the history of the region. You’ll pass small shambas (farms) where people grow bananas, corn, beans, and other vegetables and fruits before arriving at a local organic fair trade coffee farm where you’ll meet the coffee farmers and workers who produce the coffee. Learn the difference between organic and traditional coffee farming and see how coffee is grown as a young tree and when it is harvested. At lunch time, enjoy chapattis, ugali, roasted bananas, rice, spinach, salad, goat meat, and fresh fruit before visiting the coffee roastery where you can sample freshly roasted coffee and watch the process of roasting and grinding. Here, of course, you may also take home a portion of your own.
